Demand 5 is our catch-up service that lets you watch programmes from our channels: Channel 5, 5USA and 5* on your Xbox One and a number of other platforms.
New programmes are added to the service every day. These include series and programmes that are currently being broadcast, as well as shows from our archive.
You can find programmes recently broadcast on TV and also browse by category such as drama, soap, entertainment and documentary.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a specific show, head to the Search area of the application.
The following buttons are used within the Demand 5 application for navigating and selecting the content you want to watch.

If a programme has content that’s unsuitable for a younger audience, it’s given a G-Rating on Demand 5.
'G' stands for Guidance and each programme with this rating has a note explaining why the programme is rated in this way.
To view G-rated programmes you must first confirm you are over 16 years of age (or 18 years of age for some programmes).
If you want to block access to G-rated content for your children you can set up a PIN number within the Settings area of the Demand 5 application.
Any time you or your children try to view G-rated content following the set up of the PIN number you’ll be prompted to enter it before the video can play.
If you have forgotten the PIN you set to block access to G-rated content for your children, you can request it to be sent to your e-mail.
When you try to play a blocked episode, you will be prompted to enter your PIN. If you can't remember the PIN, click on the Forgotten PIN button.
