RealPlayer Cloud enables you to move, watch and share your videos.

When you share videos with friends and family they’ll be able to play them on any device or operating system, without downloading the RealPlayer Cloud app.

No more worrying about formatting or converting videos, or carrying HDMI and USB cables to connect devices to each other to watch videos. It just works.

You can now watch RealPlayer Cloud videos on the Xbox One. In the RealPlayer Cloud app you’ll be able to view your cloud video, connected devices and Web videos. Also, manage video collections.

When you first open the RealPlayer Cloud app, you can sign in with your RealPlayer Cloud account.

When signed in, you have access to all your cloud videos. To sign in, follow these steps:

On your Xbox One :

1. Select SIGN IN on screen

2. You should now see an activation code displayed.

3. Please go to http://cloud.real.com/xbox and enter the activation code shown on the Xbox One.

4. If you don’t have a RealPlayer Cloud account, please sign up on our Website.

5. (Manually Sign-in) please enter your RealPlayer Cloud ID and password on screen

There are a few reasons why this message might appear:

- If you just uploaded the file, it may still be transcoding - please wait a few minutes and then try playing it again.

- The file may be copy-protected (DRM). RealPlayer cannot play DRM-restricted content.

SurePlay is the technology from RealNetworks that enables seamless auto-formatting of videos to fit the device type, size of screen, available bandwidth and storage space available on device.

You can also control the RealPlayer Cloud app using your voice or gestures if your console comes with Kinect.

Voice

To enable Voice Commands, Say “XBOX. Go to RealPlayer Cloud”. Now you can say any word on the screen to open that item.

Gesture

To enable Gesture Controls, raise your hand in front of the Kinect and a hand icon should appear on your screen. Push your palm forward to select an item.
