  1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.
  2. Browse or search for Televisa.
  3. Select Televisa to download the app. When the download is complete, the Televisa app automatically starts.

To start Televisa later, go to Apps and select Televisa.

Various control ways are available in this application. Refer to below for some basic instructions.

      Non-Playback:

    • – Show Media Transport Controls / Select
    • – Back

  • Gestures:

    ENGAGE

    Raise hand upward, open palm facing forward.


    DISENGAGE

    Drop one hand to stop using gesture.


    SELECT

    Push hand forward toward target and pull back to trigger actions.


    MOVE

    Close hand into fist and move along an axis to scroll a list, pan a canvas, or zoom in and out.


  1. Go to Video and select Televisa.
  2. From the main hub, you can:
    • Watch one of the featured programs displayed in the center of the hub.
    • Navigate to Featured, Deportes, Entretenimiento, Noticieros, Telenovelas, Live events.
  3. Select "..." on the lower right of the screen to browse more contents in each category.
  4. Select something to browse more information of each content.
  5. Select something that you want to watch, and then select Play.
  1. Can’t connect to the Televisa Service.
    If you receive this error message when you install or run the program, wait for approximately one minute. Then, try to install or run the program again.

  2. Televisa server unavailable
    If you receive this error message during content loading, just try again by clicking the ‘Retry’ button or go back by clicking the ‘Close’ button.

  3. Item Unavailable
    If you receive this error message when try to access any content via App channel for example, go Televisa Home or exit the application and try again.

If you set up Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched on Xbox One, Televisa content follows these settings. For example, if you prohibit access to A-rated or B-rated moves on Xbox, those programs will be marked in the Televisa app with a lock icon. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
