Q. What is the Rogers On Demand app on the Xbox One?

A. The Rogers On Demand app on the Xbox One allows you to catch up on your favourite video programming anytime, from anywhere in Canada via the internet on your TV.

Q. Who can use the Rogers On Demand app on the Xbox One?

A. This app is available to Rogers customers with a Rogers Anyplace TV account and Xbox One. It's quick and easy to set up an account at www.rogersondemand.com/user

Q. Are there any hidden fees?

A. It's free to register for Rogers Anyplace TV and you can set up your account on your smartphone, tablet or computer. In order to watch videos on the Rogers On Demand app, you must be a Rogers customer and have an internet connection. You can watch videos using any internet connection within Canada.

Q. Will I be charged extra on my Rogers Hi-Speed Internet bill for streaming video on Rogers On Demand on the app?

A. Much like any other video streaming service, customers are responsible for any bandwidth usage beyond their monthly limit. Rogers offers a variety of (http://www.rogers.com) Hi-Speed Internet packages to choose from.

Q. How is the content on Rogers On Demand on the Xbox One different from Rogers On Demand on TV?

A. Rogers On Demand on the Xbox One has a different content offering than that of Rogers On Demand on TV (Channel 100). For instance, we have free movies, web-only shows and clips in addition to some of the same primetime and specialty tv shows offered on Ch.100. We're constantly adding new content to the app, so keep checking back!

Q. I rented a video on the Rogers Anyplace TV website, why can't I view it on the Xbox One?

A. At this time, you cannot rent movies from Rogers Anyplace TV Rentals and watch them via the Xbox One. We may add this functionality in the future so stay tuned!

Q. I noticed some features such as Rating and Community are not available, why?

A. We are working to add these features in the future - stay tuned!

Q. Why do I have to sign in to my existing user profile?

A. Your Rogers Cable or Rogers Wireless account can only be linked with one Rogers Anyplace TV user profile. Since one has already been created for you, you should continue to use it.

Q. I live in Canada but the system is recognizing me as out-of-country.

A. Rogers Anyplace TV videos are only available to Rogers customers who are currently in Canada. If you meet those requirements but are being told by our system that you are outside of Canada, please www.rogersondemand.com/about/contact#Eligibility. Contact Us to Report an Issue.

Q. I can't watch a video that I remember seeing before.

A. Rogers Anyplace TV partners with leading content providers to bring you the best collection of professionally produced TV, movies, clips and more. Occasionally, our partners set time limits on the availability of content. We do our best to alert you to when content is going to expire by using the label ‘Last Chance' and you can also check the expiration date of all videos by reading the show description. New content is continually being added so you are sure to find something else of interest!

Q. What types of movies are available Rogers Anyplace TV?

A. Content is constantly changing, but we have everything from blockbusters to classics, documentaries, foreign films and more.

Q. Can I watch a show at any time? Anywhere?

A. Yes, with Rogers Anyplace TV you can watch any of our videos, when you want, where you want, 24/7. However, you must be streaming the videos from an Internet location within Canada.

Q. Can I pause and rewind the video I'm watching?

A. All videos can be paused, fast forwarded and rewound using the player controls. Please note that you are not able to fast forward through advertisements in the video.

Q. Is Rogers Anyplace TV available in HD?

A. We currently don't offer High Definition but we're working on it.

Q. Can I watch the videos in full-screen?

A. You sure can! Simply click on the full-screen icon beside the player's volume control.

Q. If I get to the end of a video and want to watch it again, can I restart at the beginning?

A. Yes, if the viewing period has not expired, you may watch the movie again.

Q. Am I able to put Parental Controls in place so my child cannot watch TV shows/movies not targeted to their age group?

A. Not currently - but we're working on it.
