For voice user interface state "XBOX Select" to activate the voice controls. The user can state any of the voice commands highlighted in green to navigate, open various sections, and even start playback on a live stream or video on demand clip! During playback on video on demand clips, the user can use the voice controls to pause, play, fast forward, and rewind. The "XBOX Show Menu" command can be stated at anytime to open up the app menu.
Gesture Control (requires Kinect)
1. To engage gesture control, lift your hand. To target a specific item on the screen, move your hand over to target it. To select something, push it, then pull back your hand.
2. To scroll, grab the screen and drag it.
3. To go home, grab the sides of the screen and pull in.
Find a key symbol on a video which means that you need to log in with a valid TV provider account. Or if you choose, go under settings and select 'Activate Account'.

If you wish to deactivate your account you may do so by going to Settings page, and selecting 'Deactivate Account'. Note: this option is only available after you have activated your account.

2. This application is currently experiencing some issues. Please restart the application.
Possible Fixes
1. Go to 'Service status' (www.xbox.com/status) to check if there’s a problem with Xbox Live or the Univision Deportes app.
2. If there is no problem and you get one of these errors when you try to start the Deportes app, wait about a minute and then try starting the app again.
3. If you still get an error, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
4. If none of these solutions work, send email to deportes@univision.net.
Error Message:
1. Our console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.
2. The current content is blocked because it is [Parental Advisory].
Possible Fixes:
1. If you get one of these error messages, it means that your parental controls are set to block content that displays the "Parental Advisory" logo.
2. To unblock this content, you'll need to enter a PIN to enable playblack.
3. For more information about adjusting parental controls, see Xbox console parental controls.
