"TV Anywhere" App is a new StarHub service which offers streaming of StarHub TV Channels and On Demand Videos on Smart TV platform.
"TV Anywhere" App is the one-stop gateway to enjoy content through smart TV App such as:
  • Live TV: Watch your favorite StarHub TV channels 24/7
  • On Demand: Browse through our catalogue of On Demand movies and shows, and instantly purchase and watch them anytime
  • Schedule: Browse upcoming 7 days worth of programmes shown on Live TV channels
You need a Hub iD in order to enjoy watching different channels and videos in "TV Anywhere" App. Your Hub iD is your personal StarHub ID that opens up all of StarHub's multi-media services to you, as well as allowing you the ease of managing your accounts online in "My Accounts Manager" when you login to your Hub iD Account.
Please access the following URL https://login.starhubgee.com.sg/sso/HubidCreate through internet browser to register the Hub iD. Please prepare the following information for the registration process:
  • A username of your choice
  • NRIC number
  • A valid email address
  • An alphanumeric password of at least 8 characters

Yes, you can access with any Internet enabled smart TV device.
No, the service is only available within Singapore.
"TV Anywhere" App is a video streaming service available on Smart TV and video are not available for download.
"TV Anywhere" App is only available for users accessing the Internet within Singapore.
Please troubleshoot with the following:
  1. Ensure that your firewall settings are not preventing any connection on port 1935
  2. Ensure that your Internet Connection is within Singapore
  3. Re-stream the channel, if your Internet connection was disrupted
Currently the following two channels are available in "TV Anywhere" App:
  1. SuperSports Arena
  2. China Business Network

With "TV Anywhere" App, you will be assured of broadcast-quality TV programmes streamed from local servers, shown at the same time that StarHub TV broadcasts on Cable, without missing a moment if you have to be away from your Cable TV screen.
Due to content rights, we are unable to show all programmes that are telecast on Cable TV in "TV Anywhere" App. We are working hard on making them available in "TV Anywhere" App, so stay tuned.

After you have selected your mode of payment, you will be directed to a secured page where you have to enter your 16-digit credit card number and card expiry date. Upon submission of your details, you will see a confirmation page with your payment status.
Yes, there are trailers for most of our On Demand videos, which you can view before purchase.
Our payment gateway adheres to strict security procedures for the storage of information and the prevention of unauthorized access.
All the prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Once you have rented an On Demand video, no refund or exchanges will be allowed.
Usage rights refer to rights pertaining to how the video can be used. Every video comes with usage entitlements and the rights vary accordingly.
The usage rights for rental of videos consist of 48-hour/30 days viewing period after purchase, as well as a content expiration date.
Individual videos (e.g. movies, single episodes of TV series) have a limited 48 hour viewing period, while TV series (e.g. entire TV series) have a 30 day viewing period The period begins after the content is purchased, and you can watch unlimited playback for the next 48 hours/30 days, depending on the content you purchased. After the period expires, you will not be able to playback the video.

All videos have an expiration date, where the content will be unavailable in "TV Anywhere" App past this date. You can purchase and watch the video before the expiry date. Please note that the 48 hour/30 days viewing period must be utilised by the expiration date, and we are unable to extend the duration of your viewing period past the content expiration date.

To fully maximise the viewing period of your purchased content, please check the expiration date on the content you wish to buy before your purchase, and make sure it falls beyond your viewing period.

You will be able to finish the video if you start watching the show before the expiration date and time. However, if you exit the player after the expiration date and time, you will not be able to restart the video.
Usage rights are part of the licensing agreement from the content owners of the videos.
"TV Anywhere" App is a service provided by StarHub. Video Streaming from "TV Anywhere" App is only available within Singapore.
"TV Anywhere" App sells Products to end user customers for personal and non-commercial use only. Resale or commercial exploitation of the Products without the prior written consent of StarHub is strictly prohibited.
All sales are non-refundable.
"TV Anywhere" App accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard credit only. If a credit card is being used for payment, StarHub will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card shall occur at the time of purchase.

You are not granted any commercial, sale, resale, reproduction, distribution or promotional use rights in the Products.

  4. Choose "Live TV" tab to access Live TV channels, or "On Demand" to access On Demand videos.
  5. Choose "My Library" to view all available content that you are able to watch (either subscribed channels, or purchased On Demand titles).
  6. Choose "Schedule" to view the Live TV Channels program guide.
Yes. However, each Hub iD can access TV Anywhere App on one device at any time, and not simultaneously on multiple devices.
