At Hulu, our mission is to help people find and enjoy the world's premium content when, where and how they want it, like on your Xbox One.
A Hulu subscription streams current episodes, full seasons and a deep library of back seasons of hit TV shows from ABC, Comedy Central, The CW, FOX, NBC, MTV, VH-1 and more. Favorites help you quickly get to the shows that you're most interested in on Hulu. Adding a show to your Favorites is also a great way to keep track of when new episodes are added to Hulu.
To Favorite a show, select Add to Favorites from a show's main page. Now, when new episodes of a show are added to Hulu, they will appear in your Queue.
Your Queue holds all the videos you plan on watching, kind of like a playlist. Your Queue is great for adding videos that you aren't ready for now, but want to watch in the future.
When a new episode of one of your Favorites is added to Hulu, the video will automatically appear in your Queue. To manually add videos to your Queue, select the Add to Queue option from an episode or clip page.
Just like it sounds, this feature helps you to easily keep track of shows you often watch. You'll find this section right below the main navigation panel on the Hulu app. With Shows You Watch, you're never more than a click or two away from everything you've been watching.
Until you start watching shows on Hulu, the Shows You Watch section may not appear.
Watchlist takes the place of Queue, Favorites, and Shows You Watch as your new, super-smart Hulu assistant. Your favorite shows and movies are now in one place, all personally organized for you and the way you like to watch.
To add to your Watchlist: From any show, episode, movie, or clip screen, select Add to Watchlist. You can also add shows by simply watching them! To remove from your Watchlist: Select Clear All from within your Watchlist to clear videos. To fully remove a show, visit a show's main screen and select Remove from Watchlist.

At this time, we don't have the rights to stream every video to devices, so you may encounter what's called "Web-Only" content. These are shows or movies that we have the rights to stream on Hulu.com through a computer browser, but not on devices such as mobile phones, Blu-ray players, or gaming consoles.
Parental controls for Hulu are managed through the Xbox One settings app.
To set restrictions for Hulu, head to Settings > Privacy & online safety > Access to content > Access to content & apps. From there, you can select the option that best suits the needs of your family. This selection will set parental controls for the entire console.
Accessing shows and videos through Hulu on your Xbox requires a subscription, which can be acquired right on your device.

As part of enabling Hulu on your Xbox One, you will need to activate your device. Activation only needs to be performed once.
To activate your Xbox One: when you have a Hulu subscription, click on Log In from the main screen of the Hulu app. Using the on-screen keyboard, enter the email address and password tied to your account.
You can also activate your device by entering the alphanumeric Device Activation Code from the Log In screen at www.hulu.com/activate
After activation, you'll be able to see your device attached to your Hulu account at www.hulu.com/account
If you're having trouble logging in to your Hulu account, either the password or the email address could be incorrect.
You can visit www.hulu.com/forgot to recover your login information.
The option to Unlink your account can be found by navigating to Settings from within the Hulu app. This will fully log you out of Hulu on your Xbox One, along with removing the previously attached gamertag. You can also manage your linked accounts by visiting www.hulu.com/account
Unlinking your Hulu subscription from your Xbox One account does not cancel your subscription, nor affect your future billing in any way. To cancel your subscription, please visit www.hulu.com/account and click "Cancel Subscription" under the Your Subscription section.
To cancel your paid Hulu account, please visit www.hulu.com/account and click "Cancel Subscription" under the Your Subscription section. If you're on a trial, your account will cancel instantly. If you're a paid subscriber, you'll have access to Hulu for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Unplug your Xbox One, modem and router from their power sources. After one full minute has passed, plug the devices back in, and try the application again.
From Xbox One Home, select My games & apps. Highlight the Hulu tile, press the Option button on your controller, and select Uninstall.
Reinstall the Hulu application and try again.
From the Xbox One main menu, select Settings. Select Network, then Detailed network statistics.
Hulu on Xbox One requires a minimum download speed of 1500Kbps for streaming Standard Definition content and 3000Kbps for streaming HD content. We recommend a latency time of 50ms or less for successful playback.
