Who can have access to Eurosport Player on Xbox One?

If you have a current active Xbox Live Gold service, you can use your Eurosport Player subscription (purchased on www.eurosportplayer.com) at any time on your Xbox One.

Can I use my subscription on another Xbox One?

Your subscription to the Eurosport Player Xbox One app is linked to one Xbox One. In order to use it on another Xbox One, you have first to unlink your Xbox One from your Eurosport Player account from Settings section in the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can request the termination of your subscription at any time on http://www.eurosportplayer.com under the heading “My Account”

What is the minimum bandwidth required for my Internet connection?

To access the Eurosport Player programmes in optimum conditions you must have a high-speed Internet connection (download speed of 2 Mbit/s).
