Amazon Instant Video offers two great ways to watch movies and TV shows instantly, anywhere. Join Prime Instant Video and get unlimited streaming of more than 15,000 movies and TV episodes. You can also watch any of the more than 59,000 titles you’ve bought or rented on the Amazon website or other devices.
Your LOVEFiLM Instant subscription is now Prime Instant Video.

Prime Instant Video includes the same movies and TV shows as you’ve enjoyed with LOVEFiLM Instant.
Here are some common troubleshooting tips:

If the video keeps pausing or is low quality, try restarting the video. You can resume where you left off.

Other computers and devices connected to your household Internet connection can reduce the available bandwidth for video streaming. Stop file transfers and audio/video streaming on other devices.

Try restarting your Internet modem or router to ensure you have the best possible connection to your Internet service provider (ISP).
