TMN GO is a service offered through participating television providers that gives you instant and unlimited access to The Movie Network, HBO Canada and TMN Encore on your computer, iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Samsung Smart TV or Samsung Smart Hub blu-ray player. With TMN GO, you can watch the most talked about series from HBO, Showtime and Cinemax, along with Hollywood hits, comedies and documentaries - whenever and wherever you want.
1) Launch TMN GO on your device.

2) Sign in to your Xbox Live account.

3) Select the 'Activate Device' button - the next screen should show you your activation code.

4) Sign in using your Television Service Provider username and password at tmngo.ca

5) Then go to www.tmngo.ca/activate on your computer

6) Enter the code displayed on your TV, click the 'Submit' button.

7) You should see a 'Success!' message on your browser.

8) Select ‘Continue’ on TMN GO app on the TV.

9) You are ready to start streaming video on TMN GO!

Check on the date shown to see upcoming content or search for your favourite movies or series to see when they will be on the service. You can watch trailers for the content where available and add it to your watchlist. Sign up for email notfications and we will let you know when it is available for viewing.
TMN GO is available only in Canada. If you have a Proxy or VPN service on your Internet connection, you will not be able to watch videos on TMN GO. Please disable the service to continue. TMN GO requires at least a 3Mbps (384KBps) connection. Activities such as downloading, browsing, on devices sharing your internet connection may disrupt video playback. To get the most optimal experience, be sure to check that the TMN GO app is the only application running. If you are still experiencing issues, log in to www.tmngo.ca and visit `Preferences` in the Settings section of your TMN GO account and lower the Video Quality level to `Good`.
The Watchlist feature allows you and any sub profiles on your account to create their own personalized watchlist. Once you find a show you want to watch, select 'Add to Watchlist' to add the show to your Watchlist. Shows will remain in your Watchlist as long as they are available on TMN GO unless you delete or finish watching them on any TMN GO platform. Sign up for email notifications and we will remind you when an item in your watchlist is about to expire or becomes available.

VUI (requires Kinect)

For voice user interface state "Xbox Select" to activate the voice controls. The user can state any of the voice commands highlighted in green to navigate, open various sections, and even start playback on a live stream or video on demand clip! During playback on video on demand clips, the user can use the voice controls to pause, play, fast forward, and rewind. The "Xbox Show Menu" command can be stated at anytime to open up the app menu.

Gesture Control (requires Kinect)

1. To engage gesture control, lift your hand. To target a specific item on the screen, move your hand over to target it. To select something, push it, then pull back your hand.

2. To scroll, grab the screen and drag it.

3. To go home, grab the sides of the screen and pull in.

To deactivate a device from TMN GO either go to www.tmngo.ca on your computer or open the TMN GO mobile app and go to ‘Settings/ Account Info’ and remove the device. By default your Xbox One device will be identified as ‘My Xbox One’ or ‘My Device’.
To modify your Parental Controls settings, go to www.tmngo.ca on your computer or access your Settings from within the TMN GO mobile app.
TMN GO respects the content restriction settings applied to an Xbox Live account. If you have content restrictions on your Xbox Live account and/or Parental Controls enabled on your TMN GO account. The TMN GO Xbox app will assign the most restrictive of the two settings when you try to view movies and series.
If you have sub-accounts on your TV account or TV provider's site or app, these sub accounts do not transfer over to TMN GO. Only the primary TV household account can be used to access the TMN GO service. However, once you’ve signed in to TMN GO, you have the option of setting up as many profiles associated to your account as you like in the Parental Controls section on the website or via the app on your mobile device.

No Internet Connection: It appears you are not connected to the Internet. TMN GO requires an active Internet connection. Please check your Internet connection and try again.

Internet Connection Error: It appears that your Internet connection set-up is preventing video playback. Please contact us for assistance. This error may be caused by a US VPN or Proxy server installed on your Internet connection. TMN GO will not permit video playback if that is the case.

Incorrect PIN: Please enter the correct PIN before continuing. In order to reset your PIN you will have to login with the Admin profile through your account settings at tmngo.ca.

Device Limit Reached: You have reached the maximum number of devices allowed for your account. Please go to account settings from a registered device and delete a device to be able to add a new one. TMN GO allows up to 5 registered devices on a household account. You can manage your device list at any time through any supported mobile device or browser.

Geo-Blocking: This video can only be viewed within Canada. If you are within Canada, please contact your Internet Service Provider. TMN GO is only accessible within Canada.

Too many users: Sorry, too many users on this account are watching videos right now. Please try again later. TMN GO allows up to 3 people to watch video on different devices at the same time. You will have to wait until one of your family members stop watching video on one of their devices.
