Deep in the deserts of Egypt, the discovery of an ancient temple sets in motion a new adventure for famed explorer Lara Croft.

Lara and her fortune-seeking rival, Carter Bell, are marked for death when they spring a trap intended to imprison the Egyptian gods Horus and Isis. The gods and adventurers must join together to save themselves and the world from the god of chaos, Set, who seeks to return to this world from the Duat underworld.
